Apartment finishing
MEŽAPARKS VILLAGE IS INTENDED FOR PEOPLE WHO APPRECIATE NATURE AND PEACE CLOSE TO THE URBAN ENVIRONMENT. EVEN THE INTERIOR DESIGN AND FINISHING OF THE BUILDINGS SEEKS TO DRAW PARALLELS WITH NATURE.
COMMON AREAS / STAIRCASE
Minimalism dominates the common areas. Reinforced concrete stairs with black, laconic metal railings with wooden handles. The OAK house features a modern Kone elevator.
Bathroom finishing
The bathrooms are finished with large stone tiles from the manufacturer VIVES in grey tones with an expressive but calm Ceppo Di Gre texture. According to the level of comfort, modern design sinks and toilets have been selected from the manufacturer Hatria, as well as built-in Kaldewei bath tubs. The design accent in the bathrooms is plumbing – matte black from the Italian manufacturer Bianchi, which contrasts perfectly with the light grey tones and white plumbing.
Apartment finishing
The tonality of the apartments is dominated by light and natural tones, complemented by light brown natural oak floors. One of the main wishes of the developer was to create a feeling of spaciousness and brightness in the home, which is achieved with large windows and 2.8 m high ceilings. A particularly valuable addition to the interior finishing of the apartments are 2.4m high doors, as well as 11 cm high skirting boards, made to individual order and designer sketches.
Mežaparks Village apartments appeal to those who value coziness, comfort, quality and sustainable design Egija
